I recently purchased a used EV from this dealership and had a good experience. Teme in sales was easy to work with, providing clear communication and answering all my questions. When there was a delay with the car’s arrival, they provided a courtesy car in the meantime, which made the waiting period much easier. I would definitely start with them again if I were in the market for another car. Overall, a solid choice for their professionalism and customer care.

I purchased a 2016 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk from this dealership. I purchased the powertrain warranty. There was an issue with it prior to me purchasing it and a few that came up after purchase that were not covered by the warranty I purchased. I contacted them, they brought the vehicle back in, and they sent it to Murray Dodge and not only did they fix the warranty repairs but they paid for the costs for the repairs that were not under warranty, as well as for my rental car and my deductible for my warranty repairs. They stand behind what they sell. Bravo, thank you to the Manager, well done.

The attention to detail that this dealership puts forth to a new customer is above and beyond what my expectations were. The stereotypes of the industry vaporize as you interact with the staff and learn about the great Hyundai products available. Tony Dang made the purchasing experience as seamless as possible. His degree of care for the customer is profound. Every detail was covered with authentic enthusiasm and tremendously detailed insight. When you interact with staff such as Tony and Leo at this location, you thank yourself for making the decision to visit Murray Hyundai. Mark my words, they do it differently here and the difference is very very good.
