Doug's assistance and service has been second to none. We're really impressed with the quick responses to any inquiries and it's clear he has a genuine interest in our success. Adam came in to train at a very busy time, he patiently went about training others until I could provide the time required to be properly trained. Once that was done I found a few sales people we had forgotten to add and so I emailed him that evening and to my surprise he responded within the hour everything updated and ready to go. Summary, Adam is knowledgeable in the product, quick to respond and someone I enjoyed meeting.
