Very fast response to my request for assistance and a pleasure to deal with.

I sent an e-mail for assistance getting things started and received a response almost immediately. Doug walked me through the procedure step by step and did a great job explaining things. I was left with a solid understanding of how the system works and confident to use it going forward. Well done!
