A very positive and rewarding expirience!

I felt the team at Mobials to be extremely supportive with continuous on site training and immense product knowledge. Cheryl is by far the best customer support rep the company could have put in place. Any time we had a question or concern Cheryl and the Team at Mobials were able to provide support immediately. We used this product to help promote our business and it was amazing to hear customers coming in the door asking for individuals they heard mentioned. Thank you Mobials. We will work again soon! It's always great to see Cheryl when she comes down for follow-up,she comes in with lots of enthusiasm and energy and takes the time to make sure that all staff members managers and employees know what's going on and help those who are still not understanding it fully. As you guys know when you first started with the system there were a few bugs here and there and a few things that needed to be added to make it a little clearer for the customer Cheryl was always willing to listen to what the concerns are and help act on changing things we've been pleased with her performance and her helping hand glade to have Cheryl as our rep, thanks Roger Internet manager Provincial Chrysler

Cheryl and the team at Mobials have been instrumental in helping us rebuild our online reputation. As with any business, processes and procedures are different from others. They have done a great job in adapting and helping find solutions to any issues that have arisen. They regularly check in to see how things are going, offer to stop in to do new training and to review the results the program has has on our business.
