Salesman (Normand W.) and financial person (Amy Steeves) were very knowledgeable and helpful. We love the car and trust that it will be good to us. This is our second Civic. Look forward to driving our new car.

Routine service

Installed winter tires from storage and stored summer tires. Also had an oil change. Experience was fine however the service department continues to identify the tires by writing on them and in some cases on the outside rather than the inside of the tire. this takes away from the appearance of the car. It is also very difficult to remove.

Brought my car in for an oil change. Had to leave it as I had places to be. But came back an hour and a half after my appointment was for and everything was all done and paper work ready
