Forest City Dodge were great to deal with! Test drove some vehicles and staff were very informative and helpful, Keith, Kyle, and Matt all very nice people although my financial situation couldn't complete a deal, Keith gave a full refund after finding out its not something i could pursuit right now the guys at Forest City look to help you find what you are looking for and don't push you into something you don't want definitely will deal with them again

I dealt personally with Kiwan, let me tell you a bit about this guy here, he went above and beyond to get me approved by the banks with the lowest possible interest rate based on my credit rating.. this guy is as knowledgable, personable, polite and courteous as someone could possibly be. He took the time to explain every little aspect and detail of everything involved in the purchasing of a vehicle at Forest City Dodge. The whole process was unbelievably simple, from the moment I met with Kiwan and signed the papers, I was driving my car right off the lot within 30 hours. Thanks Kiwan, I will definitely be recommending Forest city dodge Chrysler, and I will be recommending you by name!! You're the man!

Could not have asked for a better sales person then Kyle Short. He got us exactly what we wanted and didn't push the vehicles that we had no interest in. Appreciated the quick response with my questions and made the whole process very easy. Great team all around at forest city dodge, everyone greets you with a smile and a hello from the receptionist to the rest of the team members on the floor walking by. Highly recommend.

I have been going to Forest City Dodge for 3 years. I always receive very friendly and personable service from Serge and Tamara their service advisors. I was having battery issues which was losing charge since they replaced my old one. They stood behind their warranty and always helped in trying to figure out what was the cause of it. Car needed a boost I called Tamara two days in a row in December during holidays time frame and she sent someone to take care of it in a timely manner so I can make my appointment. Even though Serge took the car in November to investigate and ran every test Tamara still offered to take the car in again in December to run tests again. I got a call from Tamara that they did figure out the problem and fixed it. I appreciate that they kept me informed as they were running tests. I have been in contact with the manager Maria during the summer she took care of my needs. I am thankful to Gary (the shuttle service) as well. He is so accommodating , polite and friendly. I definitely recommend the whole team at Forest city Dodge.

Forest City Dodge had $20.00 oil change today WOW!!!! Not only that I got a free car wash coffee and treats I didn’t want to leave lol. Thanks Maria and all the staff it was a great experience. Oh and not to forget every oil change there giving $10.00 goes to charity. AMAZING!!!
