10/10 for the people over at south trail Brandon helped me find my dream vehicle and Chad over in finance did an awesome job of helping me go over payments and making sure I understood! Would highly recommend.

After having dealt with another Jeep/Dodge dealership in Calgary, which resulted in poor service and standard oil changes where $300-$500 for additional “necessary”work. I was a little hesitant in bringing my Grand Cherokee into another dealership. However, the last 3 services I brought my vehicle to Southtrail and have had honest, upfront, amazing service. The staff is pleasant, never pushy and the waiting area is nice, open and even has nice complementary refreshments. I feel confident bringing my vehicle in for service knowing that I won’t be pushed into having unnecessary work done. Thank you for yet another great experience and restoring positivity while dealing with a dealerships service department.

Very positive experience. The staffs are super friendly and helpful. They also have a wide range of selections for cars. Chris, the Sales Executive is very helpful and patience. Chad, who is in charge of finance is also very efficient and responsive. They are really considerate and try their best to solve the question for customer, which make the process much easier. Definitely will recommend to my friends and also will come back if I want to have another car in the future. :-)
