Routine Maintenance

I was overdue for routine maintenance. They were able to fit me in, and my car was ready when they said it would be. Explained everything well.

Brenda was absolutely fantastic and I can’t thank her enough! I called the dealership about purchasing a new RAV4, Brenda said that they didn’t have any on the lot but that it may be possible to do a dealership trade. She phoned me back the next day with the news that she was able to do a trade and get me the exact RAV4 I wanted and it arrived in 4 weeks (other dealerships had to factory order and quoted me 3-4 months for what I wanted)! She definitely went the extra mile to get me the vehicle I wanted much quicker than expected

Many people may not know that our Collision Centre does more than body work. We also do windshields and windshield stone chip repair among other things. Getting what i want on time is very important for me, North battleford Toyota have the answer to my need on time. Arris Diaz, the salesperson who sold the Toyota Tacoma make sure everything went smoothly. He even negotiated that i got the side rails for the truck at free of charge. Thanks Arris! We dropped of our Highlander due to a car accident. They fit us into their schedule and ordered the parts, and the work was booked and completed well within the time they had provided. The workmanship was flawless, you would never know where the vehicle had been hit. Excellent work done.

Arris is by far the kindest and most genuine sales person I’ve ever seen! It all started with a lovely 2025 Toyota Rav4, with a factory wait time of 4 weeks. The patience Arris had throughout my numerous annoying questions is outstanding! I suffered so much with my Ford car and he guided me step by step with the new initiative. Then when it was time to get the car Arris helped with every small detail! That was 2 months ago. Since then I drove this lovely car thousands of kilometres to Banff and beyond. And today I went back to the dealership to fix my windshield that got hit by a stone from incoming highway traffic, and there is Arris again going far and beyond sales. I tell you this is no ordinary dealership! Whether you’re in Saskatoon or Lloydminster or even Edmonton, you MUST consider making your way to North Battleford Toyota! Not only are you in safe hands, you’re dealing with genuine and truly caring people! I for one am happy that I made it all the way to North Battleford, because for the first time in my life I feel happy with a car purchase! These people restored my trust in this industry! If you do go there, ask for Arris, TRUST ME you won’t be even remotely disappointed! A word about Toyota - this is my first time upgrading from the likes of Ford or Chevrolet. There is a reason why Toyota cars are more expensive. You pay for quality that’a well worth it! Imagine driving 5 hours non-stop on the highway in these terrifying vast landscapes here in Western Canada, with Toyota you feel in control! As opposed to my previous junky Ford Escape 2019 where the steering wheel suddenly stopped working out of the blue! Fixing that steering wheel cost me $4000! So me being cheap with the purchase of Ford Escape 2019 cost me dearly! Here I learned a lesson in life - either wait and pay for quality, or don’t get a car to begin with. Buy Toyota! It’s literally a lifestyle upgrade!
