Dropped in for oil change and received excellent service, plus was able to tour facility and chat with staff in sales. Very nice!

So rewind a few months back long story short bought a new truck. There were factory defects in the paint.body shop molested my truck 3 times over. Fast forward to now. General manager promised to help with my first payment. And some accessories for my truck. Tried to get the parts depatment to look up a rim and tire package. Never herd back from them, never heard back from the GM. This is not customer service and you should all be ashamed of how you conduct buisness! Thanks for everything you didnt follow through with!

I went into the Service Department to have snow tires installed on my Daughter and Son-in-laws Grand Caravan. I could be more happy with the treatment I received. They are professional and did the work quite quickly. Would recommend them to anyone!

UNEXPECTED HUGE BILL FOR ABS LIGHT ONCE. JUST PASSED 61000 KM ,3 YEARS 5 MONTHS- NO WARRANTY JOB DONE: 1.RR CALIPER PISTON SEIZED , LR CALIBER IS LEAKING BRAKE FLUID 2.REAPLCE REAR BRAKE PADS AND ROTORS. 3.REMOVE BRAKE PADS AND ADAPTERS AS REQUIRED .CLEAN SURFACE WHERE PAD CONTACTS ADAPTERS AND LUBE.FLAT SAND PAD MATCH MACHINE ROTORS WHY SO MUCH WORK FOR NEW VEHICLE. FROM THE DAY ONE TO TILL DATE , I BRING MY VEHICLE FOR ALL THE SERVICES WHICH DODGE RECOMMENDED.WHY THIS HAPPEN. PLEASE EXPLAIN.... IMPROVEMENT SHOULD BE IN THE PEACE OF MAINTENANCE @ 3 YEAR.WARRANTY VEHICLE HAS TO BE TAKEN OUT FOR TEST DRIVE TO CHECK THE CONDITION OF VEHICLE OF ALL THE PARTS. NOT THE SOFTWARE CHECK. We are sorry to hear that you had such a large repair; however the brake pads are only covered for 1 year or 20,000km. It is difficult to know but with the failure that occurred there was a large amount of heat generated that most likely caused the additional issue with the calipers. There may also be a misunderstanding with the Peace of Mind inspection, the technicians do perform a road test and provide the inspection form with the results. This does not include a diagnostic or software update. The service advisor does check the vehicle for any outstanding recalls and updates that are required/recommended.

There’s an older gentlemen that you hand your keys to when you drive into the express lane. Give him a raise because he makes the whole experience. Explains things to you and makes the whole thing worry free.

Third time in to have a heater coil replaced, but it was done under warranty with no issue. Staff was helpful and on the second visit, I was offered a loaner vehicle. I wasn't happy about having to bring the vehicle in for the third time in a little over a year for the same issue, but this wasn't the dealerships problem and they made me as comfortable with the situation as possible.
