The mercedes team was very helpful in getting the car i wanted.

The car I ordered took a little longer than expected to arrive which was fully understandable. When a person is waiting I took it upon myself to call to get updates where I thought a call every week giving me an update should of been done. I did talk to Lee about this and between him and I we resolved my concern to the upmost.

Very little customer cultivation or follow-up compared to other dealers I have dealt with. It is more the old style - sell the car and move on to the next customer.

Getting the paperwork done took longer than I would have liked as I was there for 2-3 hours. Having said that, I realize I didn't give much notice I was coming.
