Worth the wait

After a 12 week wait, the actual installation was smooth and the finish great. Our installer, David was excellent

We had Bath Fitter in to install units in two of our bathrooms. Glenn was here for three days installing the two units. We are very impressed with each and every step of the process. The workmanship is of the highest quality. We are very pleased.

Not worth all that money

My mother ended up paying $5000 to have the tub over tub and what we received was not worth the money. On the TV commercial they show a gorgious bath with a subway tile back splash. When i checked out what my mother received it was cheap flat material that looked like it came from a discount store. I do say the taps we received was good but the back splash looks cheap. I DO NOT recommend them.

My family is very pleased with our new bathtub/shower from Bath Fitters. David, the gentleman who installed it, was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. 😊The one day installation was unbelievable! Also, the estimator Stephen was so helpful and had the patience of a saint. I had many questions and kept changing my mind. Lots of beautiful choices to make. I highly recommend Bath Fitters.

walk in shower well installed and caulked, window finish beautiful

"subway tile wall" order not received - so disappointed. we thought 4" base was 4", but is 2" and slope to drain, very flat, so shower rarely dries. I fix that with a swiffer-picker-upper mop! easy in & out, easy to clean. happy. Vicki
