not a good experience

Was there for 3 hours to make the deal the first day. was lowballed for my trade in so bad I bought it back myself and sold it the next day for $3000 more than there offer. they offered $3500 and I sold it to the first guy for $6500. made a deal with them to get the winter tires with the deal that were on the truck when we looked at it and when I picked up the new truck they dismounted my tires and took my rims. then when I asked why he said he forgot about the deal??? then I had to return the next day to pick up my rims and tires. also they did not rebalance the wheels after installing the tires. the only reason I didn't walk out was because I really wanted the truck I was buying. not a good experience at all. there was other stuff as well.

Brakes on 2011 grand caravan

I am still not satisfied with the situation in regards to the brakes on my 2011 grand Caravan. I am still awaiting a phone call which was promised yesterday (Tuesday April the 17th) in regards to booking a new service appointment to have the brakes replaced on my vehicle. This is a matter that concerns the safety of my family and myself.
