Just bought this beautiful car from Haldimand Motors 2 weeks ago. I give this entire business model & operation 5 stars. No pressure, the staff work as a Team, they stand behind their sales and most importantly ensure a 100% Happy Customer. Buying used always comes with some risk, but you can purchase with confidence here. Teresa did a fabulous job on the detail work. That girl really knows what she is doing- pure talent! Thank you to the entire team at Haldimand Motors for the A+ experience. Not only will we be back, we will highly recommend you to anyone looking to buy a car!

The lot is massive and has an amazing selection of fair priced vehicles. The staff was friendly and the pushiness usually found at car dealerships was a not felt at Halidmand's, in fact we did not see a sales person until we went into the office to ask if we could take a truck for a test drive. The staff was eager to assist and very thorough all the way through the car buying process. They also had the vehicle ready for pickup two days earlier than expected. Fantastic experience all around

poor customer service. might return vehicle

Picked up my car nobody showed me anything about the car. I felt like i did the whole experience by myself. Nobody told me anything about the car i had to go home and google the vehicle to see the good and the bad about the vehicle. The inside was poorly cleaned. I will never be back. Im pretty sure someone put a ding on the passanger side of the front end. It wasnt there when i test drive it. Poor customer service

2014 Nissan Murano

Respectful business dealing. Test drove a couple of their vehicles. Settled for the 2014 Murano. Very clean. Stone chip damage nicely touched up. Very clean inside. So clean I thought there was a problem with passenger power side window not closing. when it fact it was not open at all. It was just that clean and clear! One issue I hope to have resolved by Haldimand is lack of a second key fob. Only one provided at delivery time. Hoping the other shows up within the next three weeks.

Customer Twice

I have purchased two vehicles from Haldimand Motors and love the service here. Love the fact you can test drive as many vehicles as it takes and love the no hassle sales service. I have had no issues with either vehicles I purchased and would go back in a heart beat....actually starting to review vehicles for my next purchase which will more than likely be here! I can't review the service department, when I picked up my first vehicle took them 3 tries to fix the air conditioning but once fixed was fine. Have not used them otherwise for servicing.

Poor vehicle inspection

The only problem we experienced is the that when we picked up our car and drove it home we traveled from Fort Erie and found that we had driven the 100 or so Km. with a burned out brake light. that should have been taken care of during the certification process. We fixed the light ourselves. We could have received a ticket on the way home.

They were great I just feel they missed a couple of things. When I picked up the car it had less than half a tank of gas. Also I noticed when I got home where they had buffed out some scratches was very noticeable and they said there were a couple of scratches that were too deep to get out. However, they were very nice and Answered all my questions.
