Truck was late arriving, wrong dimensions given for deck installation, info not sent to insurance company as promised and running boards were to be included and apparently I am being billed for them

The dealership makes me feel welcome. Service always keeps you informed to what is going on. In general all the staff are pleasant. I wouldn't go anywhere else, and Larry Hudson is a hour and fifteen minutes away.

Paid almost 60k for a beauty truck that they wouldn't deliver as I am almost 8hrs away. Needed me to sign in person but after the deal wa done they had messed up paperwork and I was able to sign and send back no problem via email. And only a half tank of gas on pick up.

Dissapointing

We purchased a new vehicle in the middle of February. The sales rep was a very good sales person, he was not pushy and made the purchase of our vehicle an easy experience. We live 40 minutes + from Listowel and stayed loyal for our vehicle purchase there even though it is out of our way is because of the salesperson. After we got our vehicle home we noticed scuff marks on the paint in several area’s. Also we noticed the $900+ rust proofing product we purchased and requested to be added to our vehicle prior to pickup was never done. The money was taken for this product but it was never applied to our vehicle. Had we not looked we would never have known it was never applied to our brand new vehicle. We contacted the sales person who made arrangements for our vehicle to come back to Listowel again for the rust proofing, unfortunately very inconvenient for us as we live 40+ minutes away and just picked up the vehicle. We were advised it has never happened before but if you read the reviews further it has. Clearly there is an issue in the service/detailing department however, when my concerns were pointed out we never received an apology. All responses from the Sales rep were very short I felt like I was inconveniencing them. When I take a coffee back for missing sugar I get an apology but when spending hours in commuting and $900 for a product that did not get applied, not to mention the price of the vehicle, I expected an apology. None was given.
