all aspects of the purchase went well. the only time I felt uncomfortable was the time I spent alone in the office waiting for the details of the deal to be brought back to me.

Too many people now a days never give credit where it's due so i want to make this viral so Lindsay buick gets the huge credit they deserve. They truly are one of a kind in the best way possible! Background: My boyfriend and I had the worst experience at a car dealership in town- the seller didn't care too craps about remembering who we were (once the money was in his pocket he forgot) and the service department were useless not to mention they were going to charge me lot fees to get the second vehicle with them... I think not so I decided to go to Lindsay buick. BEST DECISSION !!!! Now: At Lindsay buick we deal with Joe that sold us our car and Luke that services it. I brought my car in because my engine light has gone off twice and my power dicipated as I was on the highway. Unfortunately even though the computer had information on it they can't do anything till it happens again. This may seem bad but they have handled it amazingly and I want to give them the cudos they deserve! They are going to take my car for a week when I'm in Chicago and they have given us a rental car in the meantime. Thank you so much to Joe who fought in our corner to make sure we are safe and things are looked after and thank you to the service manager for looking after things. I will also add- they both were amazing with Lillian as well! Not only do they constantly look after us but the shuttle car driver even remembered driving my dad to my house when his truck was getting fixed. He also ever remembered dad used yo work at gm and he is teaching at Durham now. Can you say WOW! Ontop of all of this Craig Ford's car isn't even from there but is a gm vehicle so they service it. Both luke and joe remember our names/ what we both do & our driving pattens. They both also always great us with the biggest smiles and are always in a great mood! Lindsay buick you are one of a kind! Truly take customer service where other dealerships should, all of the other dealerships should learn from you! If your getting a new car or getting a used car I highly highly HIGHLY recommend Lindsay buick. Cars are so much money so why spend that money in a dealership where they don't care about you- Lindsay buick cares, every person in there does! I wouldn't go anywhere else ever again.... I am a for lifer!

I found Joe was not just trying to make a sale. His knowledge of trucks and commitment to finding me the appropriate truck for all of my needs within my budget was great!

Arrived at dealership from out of town to purchase new truck...truck was ready and salesman (Jim Pilkington) had paperwork, etc ready when we arrived...smooth process, showed me the in and outs of the features of the truck...would definitely purchase from here again and recommend to friends and family...
