Had a great experience from start to finish getting our new 2018 CRV. Brian Chickowski was super helpful from running through all the options available and working with us to seal the deal. Test drive was fantastic and really showed the features of the vehicle. Sean was great with us going through the financial side of things and everyone on site we encountered was friendly and willing to help. Thanks!

This review is long overdue. I have purchased a honda civic and I am completely satisfied especially with the services I get. Brandon Houtby is a great guy who answers all my questions and he goes above and beyond in helping me with my car needs.

My mother was looking for a new vehicle, set on an SUV. We ended up sitting with Joe F. He didn’t introduce himself or shake our hands, seemed nice at first but as time went by, we realized he sucked. That’s the best way to put it. He was not open to negotiation, rude, interrupted us while we were speaking, seemed like he was in a rush and was all over the place - walking back and forth. He also kept stalling on providing the appraisal for her current car and was on the phone texting. When we took the quotes at the end of the crappy meeting, he had the audacity to ask why! I get you’re a sales rep and trying to keep the sale but who does that? To top that off your service was terrible! Such a sense of entitlement and acted as if WE were an inconvenience. I was so annoyed near the end, I only took his card for his full name to do something I never do, write a review. Joe is the worst sales rep I’ve ever come across. I wouldn’t buy a pack of gum from him let alone a car. Honda’s are great cars, so if you’re in search of one, try another Honda dealership because you’ll get way below average service at this location. Btw, Joe if you read this or anyone who works at Henley Honda, after we left your dealership, we went to VW and my mom bought an awesome Tiguan! The sales rep there was great!

First, let me confirm to you that we are alarmed to hear this from you, it is not how we run our dealership and it is not the service that our customers have come to expect from us. I apologize that your experience didn't hit the mark and I hope you understand that we hear you and recognize your discontent. We reviewed your visit with our team and we have taken steps internally to ensure that your experience is not a mainstay of the Henley experience. As is the case here, the logistics of the dealership proved to get in the way of your sales experience. We do require process for efficient operation and that those processes didn't align with your expectations is something we take note of and recognize as we work to improve moving forward. Outside of your review, our reviews of Joe from our client family have been glowing. He is a high-paced guy with a lot of personality, a visit to our Youtube channel will show you that this is his normal! We like that about him, but it wasn't your flavour and we respect that. I am glad you found a car you love for your Mom, that is always the goal. We are disappointed we couldn't get you into our favourite brand, but we hope that in future you'll see Henley Honda in a more positive light. I am sorry we didn't get this right this time.
