TERRIBLE PLACE! . Brought my 2009 pontiac vibe there in April 2018 for a basic oil change. After 2 days I noticed my car was leaking oil. Went underneath my car and the drain plug wasn't even tight. I called Roy Nichols and left a voicemail with the service department to call me back so I could confront them about the issue. I figured they would at least call to apologize for the inconvenience. Never heard anything back. Today they left me a voicemail saying I'm due for an oil change. Are you guys joking? Never service your vehicle here. If they cant do a basic oil change I certainly don't want them to do more serious work on my car.

Kind of tired of dealers right now to be honest. Informed purchasers should not have to ask a dealership for a Carfax in 2022, nor should they have to speculate on unlisted damages. We live in the same general area as GM head offices and a production plant and yet here we are with dealerships continuing to price gouge on new and used vehicles locally and abroad. What makes it frustrating? Previously bought a 2016 Colorado Z71 new from this dealer at 47k minus customer loyalty and other incentives. There's a 2017 diesel Colorado with 121,000km on the lot for $37k with clear rust on the undercarriage. To be honest I don't know what dealers have been smoking and quite frankly I don't give two #2s of perceived market value, but a used vehicle this old should not be sitting at 15k below the MSRP of a new vehicle. I have time and money on my side, so I'll just wait until the bottom of the market falls out and people can't afford fuel, then swoop in to pick up one of these on the cheap. Better than waiting 8-12+ months for a new ride or parting with hard earned cash on a used vehicle I know nothing about. One would think dealerships would be literally clawing at the chance to negotiate with barely anything on the lot, but alas... no. Update: ETA for new orders at this location is approximately 5-6 months and they’d prefer financing as opposed to cash purchase. I can only assume this is to recoup any negotiated sale costs on their end. Not illegal, but a shady tactic to force a sale through FOMO. Remember folks, you have bargaining power and a right to a fair price.
