This is our third purchase with Josh Dugay helping us and like the first time he was really helpful to with all of our needs and explaining everything about our New CRV purchase. I'd recommend Mr. Dugay to anyone needing a vehicle.

I purchased what I consider a "lemon" and I valued Honda's brand prior. The issue of gas getting in my oil has not been fixed, which will cause premature issues in the engine. The service portion of my visit was excellent.

We purchased a new 2017 crv back in 2017 with the 7 yr extended warranty. We've had no issues until now. On dec 24 we brought the vehicle in for warranty because of heat issues and they told us no fix for it yet. I'm sorry but its winter the heat barely works and the windows dont defrost. This is a serious issue in my books. It is now Jan 9 and still have no fix for the problem. I've called numerous times and I keep getting the run around. Thanks palladino for the great service A month later still waiting for a fix from palladino. I decided to call northbay honda and they said ya we have a fix for that problem when would you like to make an appt. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY ANYTHING FROM PALLADINO HONDA AND ALL THE OTHER DEALERSHIP HE OWNS AROUND SUDBURY.

This was a great visit with the staff. Took good care of my emergency and installed a new battery in my Honda Accord. Explained in detail what service was required and kept in constant contact with me regarding the diagnosis of the check up. Never had a bad experience.
