Had issues with my engine and was unable to initially book a soon enough service. Had Krista's contact info from a service a month or so prior and she was able to get me in last minute the following morning for a diagnostic and repair! My vehicle was quickly diagnosed and repaired the same day! and everyone I spoke with was professional.

Our recent experiences with our 2017 CRV really sour'd my thoughts on Winnipeg Honda. "You're covered for rust protection – bring your vehicle in and we'll take of it for you", *schedules appointment, takes the day off to bring in the vehicle, arrives on the day of appointment*... "oh, but not that kind of rust, buy this from Canadian Tire." "Your A/C is covered under warranty, bring it in and we'll repair it for you". *schedules appointment, takes the day off to bring in the vehicle, arrives on the day of appointment*... "Your A/C is covered, but ONLY if there's a leak – anything else you're gonna get charged". Ends up being a damaged wire and bills me for $160! AND ON TOP OF THAT, we drop the CRV off at 9 am, phone in at 1 pm for an update and they say that they haven't looked at the CRV yet. Ended up having to rush and race for after-school pick up. Their service and "warranty" is such a joke. They're super friendly and helpful during the purchase of a brand new vehicle, but once the vehicle is off their property – the entire experience turns completely sour. Honestly would not recommend to my friends and family.
