Too long to wait for a radio impotainment issue

For a 5 hours troublle shouting on my infotainment system intermittent block out screen is too much time without knowing what is the real cause they said my usb how can i use my downloaded music if i cant use the USB fort and i use that usb on my 2016 colorado without any issue and my truck is brand new only 3 weeks

Very nice staff but I was very unhappy with the car I purchased, a new Chevy Cruze. Just weeks after the warranty expired I had to spend almost 4000$ to repair the engine at only 70000 km. Will never buy domestic cars again.
