We always get good customer service and Lindsay Buick understands that when a vehicle goes down we need to have it up and running as soon as possible.

I have never had a bad experience with the service provided by Lindsay Buick. Their Service advisor Luke Avery make sure the my problems are resolved and carefully explains what was corrected.

My nephew wanted to purchase a new truck. I told him to check out the GM trucks and that I could get him my GM employee discount. Once I enrolled in the GM vehicle program everything went perfectly. My nephew purchased a new GM truck. Thanks again. Paul Costello

I had my car at your location for an oil change. I drove down the road and returned 2 minutes later with the check engine light on. I was told they would only cover a portion of the issue and that I probably caused the issue. Then the technicians couldn't find the issue anymore after resetting the obd2 when I wanted to see it. I probably won't be coming back to your business

Our experience with Lindsay Buick GMC was and excellent. Our salesman Jim Pilkington was very helpful, respectful and always tried to get what we were looking for at the best price possible. He did not try to over sell us things were not looking for. Any time we had a question he always got back to us in a reasonable amount of time. Always met with us at our convenience. After we picked up our vehicle and noticed something and went back the next business day they spend a lot of time fixing the complaint we had, very satisfied with the result we received. I would recommend him and the dealership to anyone 100%. We have received many compliments of our new Canyon Truck.

I got an email message 2 or 3 weeks ago while away on holiday through this system saying I needed to book an appt for tire change etc. I booked it for this morning only to learn that there was no appointment set up at the dealership in Lindsay. We had a phone message that was dated back to when we were away on holidays saying they got an email and to call for an appt. We just got home, it was the weekend and we have been busy. Assuming that the appt. was already set up through the website, we thought everything was set for this morning. You seem to have a communications breakdown between the web and the dealership in lIndsay. I'm not seriously upset, but think you should be aware of this.

Lindsay Buick GMC is a dealer I have now trouble recommending to all my friends and family. The service is excellent and provided with respect to the customer. The service is some of the best I have ever experience with auto dealerships.

Was informed that parts were in to repair my tailgate,I said I would get it done next oil change.When I brought my truck in for my oil change and repair they informed me that there was no record or parts for the repair of my tail gate. I waited almost 3 hours for my oil change to be completed.
