I highly recommend white rock dodge!! I had such a positive experience! Mike and Cody were both AMAZING!! I would send all my friends and family there the customer service was top notch! So happy with my new car! Thanks guys!

Jared is a wonderful service rep! He is very efficient and always explains all the service details carefully and is sure to outline all my options. I’ve been bringing my vehicles here for years and the service is second to none! Ps, Christine is also the best sales person!

*updates below* Seems like everytime I go in there for work I end up having to come back a second time. Last time I had them balance tires and now it is worse. Manager was supposed to call me about it after I complained and never did. Update: The service manager finally did call and offered to rebalance all my tires and refund my money. I appreciate the gesture but went to a tire shop and had the two tires rebalanced properly and all is well now. Update 2: Just had a good chat with Richard the Manager. I have changed my 1 star review for a 3 star and hope that they can earn a 5 star with my next service. Update 3: Latest service was great. Also had another roof leak looked at and had the drivers door seal replaced again. Hopefully this will be the last of the leaks? They contract the leak repairs out, so this should not reflect on the service they offer. Upgrade to a 5 star review as these folks have really tried hard to fix their tarnished reputation with me. Will be back for more service work in the future.
