Pretty disappointing; won't be bringing my business here from now on. Brought in my Odyssey to have a block heater installed and an oil change done. Dropped the car off at 8am. Niyah took my keys and said it would take until 10. By 1100 I hadn't heard anything and decided to text. Heard nothing again. Called at 1130, but apparently she was nowhere to be found. Niyah finally called at 1230 and informed me that my job was still going to take another hour because she moved the tech to another job. Picked the car up finally at 2pm with barely an apology. Delays are understandable, but the least she could have done was call me if the job time was going to be delayed over 3 hours. It's my only family vehicle and I had to cancel plans for my children last minute as the time elapsed. No compensation was offered, but they did rinse my car down, so thanks for that. Niyah didn't care that I was disappointed in her communication failure and said "that's cool" when I told her I probably wouldn't be bringing my two cars back there for future servicing. Too bad, because I've never had any problem with the quality of the work performed.
