No Pressure Sales

There's so little pressure, you don't even have to talk to a sales person to take your choice for a test drive. But, since they treat you like an expert, you can make a mistake and they'll let you. I almost drove off the lot before arranging to transfer my insurance to the newer car. They let me phone the insurance company, but a reminder would have been nice.

Test driving to purchasing a mid-size vehicle.

As a satisfied previous customer of Haldimand Motors, this experience was an adventure for us to determine what mid-size vehicle would best fit our liking and our budget. Through the courteous, honest and supportive sales staff we were able to test drive and find the perfect vehicle for us. Although the vehicles are used, the service staff ensures the vehicle runs and feels like brand new when you drive off, taking away the "what could be wrong feeling"....

There was a miscommunication between your personnel and we were told to wait for our vehicle for over 1 hour it was not back from the specialty shopyet.our salesman gave us moneytogo out for coffee. Very impressed, we came back and our vehicle wasback and ready to go. Great service! !
