We were shown the truck and took it for a test drive. We traded our truck in and purchased the new Sierra requesting recovery hooks on it. They were put on for us but not finished off. That was looked after promptly and running boards were put on at the same time. We were treated with respect and care at all times. Thank you very much.

Sales rep (Dennis Varey) obviously enjoys his work and likes (can't come up with a better word - but you get the idea) both the product and his employer. Dennis and the business manager were both professional and to the point without "pushing", but they did explain all the options available. On delivery Dennis took the time to explain and help set up as much as possible. I am a retired professional person and have been dragged kicking and protesting into the digital age and would probably just ignore all the goodies built into the vehicle without Dennis's enthusiasm. This probably should have come first but....well, we were just out looking when we ended up in Listowel and drove around back of the dealership. The selection is impressive and everything from top to bottom. Makes it great to look and compare.
