ordered a new highlander hybrid back in january. was told i would get it within a 4 month time frame. contacted them more they are saying could be up to another 4 months before i see it and may not honour the trade in value they gave me due to the higher mileage on my current vehicle then when they signed the deal 4 months ago. there has been terrible communication from the sales rep. (Andrew Black) on letting me know anything in regards to eta since march.

These 5 stars are all for Tara. Tara from the service department went way above and beyond her job. She dealt with some issues I had from other departments and solved it all for me, even though most of it had nothing to do with her, or her department. She was very kind, punctual and understanding. Thank you so much, she deserves a raise :)
