Poor service ever since buying my second vehicle. I will never buy from Honda again. - 5 hours for an oil change - brakes squeaking ever since purchasing the vehicle, claimed they fixed it but it was 10x worse and when bringing the issue up nothing was resolved. - key fob won’t detect to the vehicle at times brought it up twice and they didn’t even bother to look at it. - was also screwed over on my monthly payments, the payment went up without being told what the payment would be! Nothing was explained to me besides the warranty. It’s not “two names you can trust” that’s forsure

Tamara called to provide update about my SUV. Called back prior to pick up time to ask if needed shuttle. Shuttle was sent right away. Very satisfied.
