Honestly have had nothing short of amazing customer service through the entire car buying experience. Especially from David who is super friendly and easy to work with! From start to finish he was patient, professional, and always responded to me quickly! I would highly recommend The Car Lot as they have been nothing short of amazing! They are honest, good people... buy your next vehicle here you won't be disappointed!

When I bought my vehicle at the Car Lot I thought I was buying a car and was told congratulations you just bought yourself a car but I was mislead by Moe. I didn't buy the car but rather I leased it. I just found this out when I went to MTO to sign the car in my name which I didn't understand why I had to do that when the registration has my name on it but the lettter I got from the finance company which the Car lot who were the ones that first financed me decided to transfer my loan payment to Autronum Finance who are in Montreal. I have had nothing but problems with 2007 Ford Escape from the beginning. In the first 5 months I spent approximately $1,500.00 and then another $2,000.00 just recently and I still have more money to spend for repairs. Now before I can get the car in my name I have to get a mechanical done on the car. Since it was considered a lease which I didn't know I do believe that I'm not the one that should pay for getting this done. The only thing the Car Lot helped me with was to get finance due to a prior bankruptcy I had had. Other then that they are only there to rip people off. I will never purchase another vehicle there and will continue to tell people what kind of cars this car lot sells. I'm not impressed at all

Colette, We are sorry that you are having problems with the finance company. We did work with you to get your approval, however the finance company is not part of our Dealership. All our vehicles are CERTIFIED and come with CAR PROOF REPORTS to ensure our customers are well-protected.
