Dealing with bill was great over the phone and at pick up. Very thorough on all aspects of showing a new customer how everything functioned in a new truck. After a poor experience at a detailing shop, it went to the service department at Larry Hudsons. It was there that I was informed that I paid for a protection package that wasn't applied when I picked up the truck. I am pretty confident that if I never went back to Hudsons, that I would have continued on without any protection applied to my truck and I pretty well would have paid extra for nothing. After my window was replaced and tinted, there were scratches and gouges to the paint and body that were not there before. This makes one wonder what is worse, the quality of service, or the quality of the product (paint in particular). In conclusion, the paint and body were repaired and repainted and I finally got my truck back 3 weeks after dropping it off... Defiantly not a timely fashion. It's sounds great that GM will give you a 3 month trial with XM, but what good is that if your brand new truck, only 3700km, is at the shop for one of those months?? Very disappointing experience overall.

I must say I drove over an hour to get this vehicle as 2 local dealerships didn't want my money, I am guessing because of my gym cloths I wore in. This is my 3rd truck from Larry Hudson's and I will be back. Jeff took all my calls and emails personally, and trust me there were many. The new truck was ready very quickly, He even spent time to walk me through the whole thing. Walking into Larry Hudson's is a warm welcome feeling, people make time to say Hello. Hands down they go the extra mile not only with the sale, but they also back it up with amazing service. Thanks again, Brock

Jeff sold me my first truck from hudsons and walked me through everything with breeze so I went back to Jeff for when I was ready to upgrade and he was very helpful again and didn't disappoint. Great job he did!
