juts don't drive far away from this dealer they waste your time they do not preform the service you brought your vehicle in for and explain to you i no you had a appointment but we were really busy....WTF not only do they waste your time i just found out from another GMC dealer that the work Georgian did perform was done incorrectly and will cost an additional 400 buck thanks Georgian but you will never see a red cent of this guy no more JUST STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The staff at Georgian are not friendly. I have had 2 leased cars in 5 years and never had a good time, whether I call, or go in. No one knows the answer to anything, my sales rep (Brad) has made me cry many times from raising his voice at me. I’ve even been lied to from the service tech, they advised they told me something which they did not, and the manager (Bjorn) said we have differing opinions on that, it’s not differing-it is the truth no one advised me that service closed and my car wouldn’t be done until Monday-leaving me in the dark and without a car. And to top it off, the sales manager Wayne told me if I’m having issues like this, maybe in the future GM does not want my business. I have never been made to feel the way GM staff makes me feel. Do yourselves a favour and go somewhere else! *I have expressed my concerns about customer service to the General Manager Ralph*
