I had a great experience when buying my new Honda CRV! Charlie took the time to explain everything about the car and answer all the questions we had. I was able to take it for a test drive and was given plenty of options. I ended up waiting for a 2024 and received constant updates on when it would be coming in and all the details that came with it. I highly recommend buying a car from Charlie at Winnipeg Honda.

We picked up our new CRV on the 22nd of August and would like to thank the staff that helped us for their assistance and for making the experience of buying a new car such a positive one. Vlad Hyryk is a great product advisor and we highly recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle. Norman and Alex were informative and patient with our questions and concerns. Alana made the purchase process effortless. We greatly appreciate all of you for your humour and kindness.

Booked an appointment for a safety recall 10 days in advance, they called me less than 24 hours before my appointment to tell me it had to be moved because too many technicians were given the day off. Unfortunate for Honda dealerships, but the person I spoke to on the phone was very sympathetic, as it wasn't their fault. Long weekends are more important than my safety. I got my brakes inspected by a reliable third party mechanic who was able to get me in with less than 24 hour notice since it risked my safety. Apparently I can't rely on Honda dealerships for SAFETY recalls. A disgrace.
