Brought my car in to get diagnostics done as my dash indecator light comes on when I brake at 60+ speeds and my car rumbles and shakes. Recieved a phone call stating my brake lights were fine and they dont know what the issue is..well that wasnr what it was brought in for.. then recieved a call stating a girl had brought my car in and no lights nor brakes rumbled well yes I know at low speeds it wont do this.. asked to see if they had checled my brakes or routers and has been told no asked if they could as thats what I had asked in the first place he said yea well your paying for that .. I asked for a diagnosis on my car wether I had to pay or not... pretty much told me I could pick up my car and have it looked at somewhere else

I am very happy with all the service I have had done here! I bought my 2012 Journey at Eastern and will never go back there, Ken did everything he could to make me not hate Dodge. Good job guys!

Can't go any lower for stars. Numerous problems with our 2012 Dodge journey, round 10,000 km front brakes, 15,000 km power steering hose, 1 km after that, had replaced the battery, 30,000 km rear breaks smoking the morning my wife went into labor, took it and they couldn't find anything wrong and gave it back. Hundred kilometers later while I had my wife, one week old daughter, 19-month-old daughter, driving down the highway the wheel started smoking again. After the first time we had it in, they told us they had 3 Different Technicians Drive it for approximately an hour, when I asked to see the in and out kilometers, they refused to provide it. Now after they replaced the rear brakes rotors and calipers, after the second time it almost caught fire, i was once again told that they took it for a test drive. I have photo proof they lied the second time, should've pushed the matter further the first time proving they lied to my face again. They put less than 1 km on it, they were clever enough to falsify their paperwork though. Decent things to say about the sales staff, the whole service department needs to either be retrained, replaced, for flat out fired for this incompetence and deception.
