Went to Haldimand Motors to check out a 2018 Subaru Outback. I called ahead and the sales team put aside the keys for me. I arrived and the keys were there waiting and the sales staff directed me to the car.I had a quick look around the car and popped the hood. The latch was very stiff. I took the car down the road and when i reached 80kph the hood popped open. Closed the hood and turned around, the hood popped up twice more on the return journey to the dealership.Upon returning had a closer look at the front and it was obvious that the car had been in an accident. See attached pictures. Disappointing that this was not noted on the website, especially since Haldimand claims to inspect all their vehicles prior to putting them up for sale.I had a chat with one of the salesman to tell him about the safety issue and that i was unhappy the damage hadn't been noted.More fool me for driving a 6 hour round trip to look at a car!

Buying a car was made easy. There were many cars to choose from. One of the hardest parts was having to consider the extended warranty when I was already spending at the top of my budget.

The Alignment was out on our vehicle. Returned car and fixed in a day. All new tires and brakes. Hard to beat the service.

Always fair prices and excellent service. I had a less than optimal initial experience, where I felt that things were not explained to me properly and so I was suprised by the sales contract when I came to pick up the car, but they went out of their way afterword to correct the situation and make sure I was happy. So I'm satisfied now, thank you.

The recent purchase was our third vehicle purchase from Haldimand Motors. They have a great selection of reliable quality vehicles. We had to keep checking but soon the right one was available! No sales hassles as sales personnel are not commissioned...love that! Just love our recent purchase!
