During COVID-19 everything was set up to ensure social distancing. Costs were explained before the work was done and I was advised as soon as the car was ready.

The tire change was done in a timely fashion and found a potential problem, which to was resolved easily.

The tire change was done in a timely fashion. A problem with the tire was discovered and corrected in a timely fashion also. Social distancing and safety precautions were in place and verbally relayed to me at every step of the process. I really appreciated it and felt safe during the whole process.

It was during the difficult time of the pandemic and the company followed the provincial recommendations and seemed to follow new protocols being clear with me when I made the appt. about new routines and what to expect. My car was in great working order after pick up and everyone was professional.
