From my first website visit last weekend to having the SUV dropped off at my home on Thursday, everything happened efficiently and promptly. A couple of text messages from/to Steve and a couple of phone calls with Ryan were followed by a test drive then an in-person meeting with both in Ryan’s office at the Carlot. A few signatures and several initials later, I was the owner of a 2018 Ford Edge Sport AWD. Steve & Ryan and the customer service I received was awesome.
