Go elsewhere=sales department is above and beyond excellent-the so-called service department should be exposed on W5...tried to bully us in to work not required. Luckily I went to another GM dealer and an alternate who both advised the work recommended was not required and were stunned that we had been told 'this must be done immediately' Go elsewhere and dont look back

I was disappointed in many ways. first I went at 10am for an oil change, a tire rotation and my map light fixed. I then was told a 59 point inspection witch included the tire rotation was my best bet. after waiting for about an hour I told that the inspection discovered that I needed a wheel alignment and that I had to pay for the adjustable bolts and installation because the factory put non adjustable bolts in. I did not understand why i had to pay for bolts on a leased vehicle. i had to do it or my tires would wear out. After about 2 hours i was asked if i would like to go anywhere to pass the time while they went on lunch. I live in Fenelon and was told you don't go that far. so there I sat!!!!!!!!!After about almost 4 hour I paid my bill and went home angry. the next day I had to go to Oshawa in the freezing rain and did not make it to highway 7. I pulled over to use my On star but it didn't work, they forgot to hook it back up. nice. back to the dealer again .that is why I rated it like I did. in the future I will be returning to my previous dealer in Whitby where they went out of their way to accommodate me.so much for spending my dollars locally. respectfully brian mcadam
