** WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE, THEY DAMAGED OUR VEHCILE AND PUT THE BLAME ON US ** *BEWARE DO NOT LET THEM SERVICE YOUR VEHCILE THEY WILL DAMAGE IT* Had our Chevy Volt serviced and left in their possession for 4 days. When we returned to pick up the vehicle it was hoisted incorrectly on the rocker panel moulding and destoryed it. They refused to take any blame for this and continuously called us liars and that we did it. The service manager is one of the worst people we’ve ever dealt with in terms of automotive service. He even said that it is okay and is common for technicians to ding car doors while they’re working on them. CRAZY! Do your self a favour and bring your car somewhere else.

"Nurse Advantage" and friendly service no longer exist, unfortunately. I've been bringing my car here oil changes for years, as they include floor mat wash, interior wipe, carpet vacuum, etc. Their website and e-mail blast also communicate this. PACKAGE INCLUDES... I was told today they aren't doing these "complimentary" services anymore after already paying for the package, even though they've emailed me this package with those services included and it's posted on their website as I'm written this. I was also told that they haven't done it since March 2020 due to Covid. I had it done in August and November 2020, all those mentioned services included. I had a manager reach out to me, and he said by-law officers had been by to advise them they cannot offer these services and they haven't since March. So clearly they're lying to cover their tracks. The manager didn't care that it was listed as included in package on their website at time of service and didn't care that they had been emailing me this exact package. He also didn't care that there is no mention of any of these exclusions on their website, even in the Covid-19 section.I will no longer be bringing my car here, I do not do business with liars. Their idea of customer service is lying to their customers, calling the customer the liar, advertising packages with included services, then refusing those services to customer after they've already paid for them.

Bought my pre-owned Cadillac CTS here. I was extremely happy with the purchase. I brought it in about a year later to have some work done. They did an incredible job but it definitely wasn't cheap, what do you expect from a dealer though?

Not happy our car has been in twice in the last couple of weeks and has had to stay overnight because there to busy, then we have had an on going problem with a tire sensor we have had it since the fall have brought it in several times and they did nothing but tell us everything looks okay, this time they have decided that we need a new sensor but they don't have any in stock so they have ordered one, but I was charged for the diagnosis that we already knew.... I was very happy with Nurses service till this fall.

The whole team at nurse is awesome. I purchased a truck from them and was able to pick it up the next day. Alicia was in constant contact with me through the process. Bought a truck from another dealership previously and it was night and day!
