I was happy with the oil change and tire swap, but they couldn't fit me in for a transmission diagnostic. Have to bring my vehicle back another time...

Went into the dealership to look at one of their cars, the used car manager was very arrogant and rude did not want even show me the car i was interested in. If i could i would give this place negative rating !

I just purchased my second journey from finch and recently had it's first service. Service adviser was very polite and service time was quick and efficient. Sales staff was more than helpful when I purchased the vehicle. Sales staff were Greg and Justine and they found me a vehicle that had more than I asked for for a reasonable price. 5 stars for all.

It was a very busy morning in the service dept. and we had a scheduled appointment time. Still managed to process and look after our vehicle in a reasonable time for what we had it in for.
