Absolutely amazing service

Me and my daughter came in to look at cars and over the last two days have had the most amazing customer service we've ever had anywhere else to date. We worked with Dave and had a blast the whole time. He worked very hard to give us a good deal to work out an even better deal to work even harder for an even more amazing deal. We feel he went above and beyond for us and we will surely be returning for his help in the future with maintenance on our vehicle as well as helping us with any cars in the future. We greatly appreciate his help and have truly had the greatest car shopping experience. He answered any questions I had along the way and cannot say enough how he went above and beyond for us.

I was nervous to purchase a new car after a negative experience somewhere else. When a friend told me to try Race Auto Group, I was hesitant at first but beyond happy I decided to go speak with them. From the beginning Melissa, Erin and Cathy were amazing! They should teach customer service to other sales people as they treat you like a friend rather than a sale :) I now have my new Elantra which I love thanks to them. I would highly recommend Race Auto Group to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. I know when it is time to trade or purchase another, I will go back :) Thank you so much for everything! I have to say, it was an easy, quick and smooth process to purchase my new Elantra! I am absolutely in love with my car. Race Auto was able to get me an amazing deal for my credit history and also was able to offer me more for my trade in then O'Regan's offered. I would highly recommend Race Auto to anyone!

My credit was not the best years ago. The only way I could get a car was to take a very high intrest for one year and then they would drop it. Well that was a lie. I called a year later and they laughed and said they don't do that which than I believe he would have said anything to make a sale? I upgraded my car several years later and they dont give you the value of the car back onto the loan they just piled it on top of my new loan. Which sucks..
