Dead Battery out of the Blue

I was treated courteously and in an efficient business manner. For a drive up service need I appreciate the way the staff fitted my needs into their busy day and got me back on the road as fast as they were able Their professionalism turned my day around and I drove away pleased.

Bait and switch on the interest rate

While I am happy with the car I am very disappointed that the dealership offered me one interest rate and then wrote up the final offer 1% higher without making that change clear. I can't blame the salesperson assigned to me, I only spoke to him for 5 minutes as he was always too busy with other customers. It was clear the other salespeople sitting around couldn't get involved. It was the finance person and the sales manager that slipped the rate change past me in a flurry of paperwork. Good car, bad deal.

Scheduled my vehicle quickly, No wait time. Promised service completed within 1 1/2 hours and provided updates as vehicle was being serviced. In and out as promised. Service was incomparable to any others.

it was my first car so Matt explained everything patiently and in very detail. Also he followed up with me about service schedule. This was the last one of the color I was looking for. So far I am super enjoy my new car! Definately will refer my friend to Matt!
