Bought a van in February and my transmission blew out on April 19th! Called Justin and he took it from there! Found me a mechanic, dealt with the warranty company and paid for a car rental as we really needed to travel for our kids bday party 125km's away. Not only that, Justin and The Car Lot Etc also paid any overage charges above what my warranty covered. From the moment I start looking for a vehicle to today I had no problems with the Car Lot Etc! Thank you Justin and Shawn for a great experience!

Crooks! They sell garbage and they know it. Once they have your money they don't care. Buying from them is a mistake I will not make twice!

Wife an I worked with Steve an moe an the worker's an everyone was nice only thing was not happy about was the old tires on the car we got when we asked for new ones dident help us and already have to replace them in less then a year besides that was very happy with everything else an will deal with them again

Bought a truck 7 months ago. Salesman was good and helpful, now serious issue with truck as in took it in to get it looked at and found the frame rotten and bent. I've put in a call will see if they do anything about it. So far not happy. Ok did have good things happen with my issue. Now just waiting for someone to call me back, have called twice now and no one has gotten back to me.
