Found a large metal shard in my tire in the morning. Acura on Brant was able to repair it and have it done the same day on the Friday of a long weekend.

The total service experience is top notch from start to finish. Kirby is diligent and seeks clarity at the customer intake to make sure the nature of the service and/or problem is accurately reflected on the work order. Once the service and/or problem is diagnosed he provides a simple but detailed explanation of the recommended service along with the associated cost and projected completion time. Kirby will call if the projected time of completion is going to change. A full explanation of the service is provided upon pick up. In the event of unforeseen delays in the service Kirby has quickly arranged alternative transportation. Terrific service.

I am often at Acura Service Department. Why you may ask? Well, after close to 20 years with Acura, I recently introduced the Service Department to my Partner in life and my lovely daughter, now a graduate of Mac. We have three products in our household and the glue so to speak that keeps us with Acura, other then its engineering, is the services of Andrew Czornoba, the Service Manager. As a CPA/CFO/Speaker/Author/Business Coach, I have dedicated most of my business career to working with Entrepreneurs and business people, helping their companies make more money by applying many of my principles of running a business. Hello Kirby, As always, it was the usual courteous and great service which is nice to see in this day and age. Informative and well explained. If you could ask your survey department to only request a survey every other visit or max two per year per owner would be appreciated.
