The team at Finch Chrysler Dodge were very professional and courteous and it was a pleasure waiting for my vehicle to receive the service that was required. I was prompted by text as soon as my vehicle was finished so that I may leave the very comfortable waiting room enjoying a great cup of coffee. My hat goes off to the crew And management for making my visit very enjoyable… Five stars

I took my car in for brakes and when they were test driving it afterward they “had trouble getting into first gear”. I told them I had never had this problem before. They gave my car back to me and later that day I had no gears and the car stalled and I had to call a tow truck. From where I’m sitting it seems to me they broke my car and should have towed it themselves to the other dealership to have it fixed. When I called to them my displeasure the man kept getting my name wrong and was very condescending. He kept telling me what I already knew, wouldn’t listen to me and wouldn’t give me the number for a tow truck until I very sternly told him to stop making excuses and give me the number. Very poor customer service and they also put me in danger by giving me back my car when it was broken. Luckily I was in the city when my gear shifter completely broke and I stalled. But I could have been in heavy traffic or on the highway.
