The service department was absolutely amazing with my new vehicle and always friendly and informative. I purchased Kia’s factory car starter when I purchased my vehicle. I was told that all these great things about it but when I actually tried it was not what I had in mind. Chris from service looked it over and said that the only way I can get what I want in a car starter would be to put in the one that is controlled by the App. Of course it’s more money. However, Chris had it installed under warranty at no extra cost to me! I am so happy with this starter and the service! Would absolutely recommend Kia to others!
