We have purchased many cars from HM, over the last ten-plus years. In every encounter, we have enjoyed your "no-haggle", "no-salesman", approach. In every case, we have been pleased with the pricing, product, and service. HM consistently meets, and often exceeds, our expectations. I frequently refer people to HM, because I believe that they will be as pleased as we are.

I enjoyed the experience of trying different vehicles .... the sales aspect felt rushed and a little confusing going from a vehicle listed at $6,495 to one that finished at $11,321 ...but some of that may be my own inexperience in purchasing a car ... as a Christian I wanted to deal with a Christian company ... so it is all good ...

There was some rust on the vehicle Haldimand Motors said would be fully fixed/painted prior to us picking up the vehicle. We were assured the painting had been completed. On pick up the paint fix/touch up was clearly not done and now we have to take it back in for the work to be completed. The issue is we live 45 min away which means we've got an 1 1/2 hr round trip that we now have to do twice to get something fixed that we were told was already completed. Definitely not impressed with the lack of attention to details that were agreed upon.

Hello Scott. First I would like to apologize for the rust issue not being taken care of. I believe this was a breakdown in communication as I personally communicated where the rust was and to be taken care of. Second we are aware of how this is an inconvenience , if I can suggest and offer to have a have Jeep picked up and a courtesy vehicle dropped off and we will have things corrected at a time that suits your schedule. Just purchased a used vehicle. Sales staff are very helpful and friendly. Test driving vehicles is not an issue. Great place to comparison shop, lots of selection. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a used car to check them out.

There were some issues on the front hood and side bumpers that were told could be fixed before we took the car off the lot. After waiting 2 weeks fir the vehicle we got it back and it looked worse than before. We were told we can bring it back in within 30 days to have it fixed, which is great, but shouldn't have even been an issue in the first place had it been done properly. Other than that fantastic service on the sales side.

We visited your site twice in the past week,as we have always bought our used cars from Haldimand, with good service,good prices and good trade-ins. When we walked in both my husband and I remarked that the place had changed.We test drove 2 cars before we saw a Tiguan ,so test drove it and loved it.We saw a sales rep and asked what he would offer us as a trade-in on our 2013 Chrysler 200 which we purchased from you in Feb.2014.We were not happy with the trade-in offer,would have hoped for a little more, so we left. The salesman was polite and understanding. My husband looked on your web site again and saw the Mitsubishi ,so we went back to Cayuga again to test drive it. I didnt like it as much as the Tiguan so decided to try our trade-in again. The sales rep who we dealt with this time (Oct 29) came into the open office area and started to berate us loudly in a rude obnoxious manner because we had already dealt with a rep a few days earlier! He continued yelling in front of your staff and other customers.We were astounded and embarrased at his rude childish behaviour.As a result of his boorish behaviour we walked out with a determination never to come back again after many years of dealing with your company.

The sales personnel were friendly, patient and helpful. When a car was chosen, they clearly explained all the paperwork. They had the sale finalized and the car ready to drive away in a timely manner.
