I located the vehicle on the internet and arranged for a test drive the following afternoon. I was met by Andrew Flowers with the keys in his hand. Test drove the vehicle, and it was exactly what I was looking for. Priced right with all the features and options. Andrew was knowledgeable, and professional, delivering what he said would, with respect to expectations.

Stress free and pleasant

Dennis made the entire process of buying a new car stress free and pleasant, I did not feel any pressure and he gave me lots of different options with lots of great information about the different choices of cars. Upon pick-up of the new vehicle he explained the different options the car has in detail, I even received follow up calls to make sure everything was going well.

Thanks to Jeff we walked away with a better than awesome deal for our 2012 Silverado and walked away with a new 2015 that has even been better on gas than we expected. Jeff was really amenable to any questions, made time for both of us to have a good look at the vehicle and ensured our two kids were well entertained while waiting. Jeff even went back to Tom for figures twice to see what kind of deal he could get us to ensure that we could walk away either way prior to our purchase. Neither of us felt any pressure to make a decision, he gave us a great sense of all our options and even suggested he would understand us walking away from the offer on the table at one time.

Jeff helped me find the idea truck to be both a work truck and personal truck. He was very respectful and patient with me! He went out of his way to get the exact truck that I wanted because it wasn't on the lot. He also spent time going through the truck with me once it arrived and said if I had any questions in the future he woud be happy to help.
