Luke is very efficient and service was completed satisfactorily and quickly. I would recommend Lindsay Biuick to everyone in Fenelon Falls, Ontario.

Dan is our service advisor...he has been so helpful, informative, and enjoyable to deal with. We will continue to bring our vehicle for service to Lindsay Buick GMC knowing he takes the time we need to understand everything we need to know about our vehicle's needs. We have 4 children and it is the most precious cargo we have and need to know we will always be safe and up to date on everything. Thanks Dan for your professionalism and dedication to our family!

I have taken my vehicle to Lindsay Buick GMC twice and the service has been amazing! Shuttle driver's are fantastic, Dan in the Service department has been awesome to deal with, answers all of my questions and thoroughly explains everything when I am unsure! So far The only service my vehicle has required is an oil change and tire rotation, but even simple things like that at the wrong dealership can be a hassle!

Although we were not happy with the outcome of the trade in - we decided to sell privately instead, and still go ahead with the purchase. Halina was good in following up, although disappointed about her suggesting to wait for snow tire purchase.

The technician, sales advisor (Luke Avery) and service manager all told me that there was no voltage to the hood latch sensor (even though the technician tested it at the BCM) and I needed a new $800 BCM. I took the car home and tested it myself (at the sensor) and the voltage was present at the sensor. I took the car back and explained that I tested it myself at the sensor and the voltage was there. All three of the employees told me that I must of closed the door or the hood of the car hard enough to get it to cause the voltage to return????!!!! After showing the advisor there was voltage there with the Multimeter I brought from home he said there was nothing he could do cause they were sticking with their diagnosis. After the service manager called me and was extremely rude and not willing to re diagnose without more money, I looked up on the Internet how to bypass the hood latch assembley. I put a jumper wire in the plug to bypass the sensor and the remote start worked first time and has been working ever since. In conclusion, the technician did a terrible job by starting at the BCM and not the sensor itself. (The technician was testing the incorrect pin at the BCM) the service advisor proclaimed he knew everything about the problem until I came back and proved the misdiagnosis, and the service manager was rude and had his facts wrong because he thought I was trying to get them to cover the diagnosis because of a recall that had reoccurred on my car that I had brought to his attention but told him to ignore because the problem wasn't there to diagnose so I asked that they focus on the remote start instead of waisting their time trying to diagnose a rear brake light lamp that had come on but was reset before being able to bring the car in for service. I was very unsatisfied with the service I received and the lack of respect from the employees. I will never go to that dealership again for service or a new vehicle. I would appreciate a follow up based on this reveiw.

Did the repairs that where needed and made a few suggestions on a couple of other items vehicle always nice and clean when picked up
