Booked an appointment for a safety recall 10 days in advance, they called me less than 24 hours before my appointment to tell me it had to be moved because too many technicians were given the day off. Unfortunate for Honda dealerships, but the person I spoke to on the phone was very sympathetic, as it wasn't their fault. Long weekends are more important than my safety. I got my brakes inspected by a reliable third party mechanic who was able to get me in with less than 24 hour notice since it risked my safety. Apparently I can't rely on Honda dealerships for SAFETY recalls. A disgrace.

Lately service has been very bad. I didn’t even got a call after my car was ready for pickup. Highly disappointed. I would have given negative rating if any option available
