Work completed on time at a reasonable price. Would have preferred to get in earlier due to the nature of the work.

My caravan would not start that friday, so I called road side assistance and they came and boosted the van and it started, so I drove it to the dodge dealership and they said they were busy and could not look at it until Tuesday, but then they said they would bring it in the shop and check the charge on the battery, a few minutes later they brought the van out and said the battery voltage was fine. So I took the van back home and when tried starting it again a couple hours later it would not start again. Road side assistance came again and boosted it so I brought it back to the dealership and they gave me a rental car because I have the gold extended warranty which covers a rental car. They called me on Monday and said it needed a new battery but they told me Friday the battery was fine. They would not pay for the rental car because the problem with the van was not a warranty issue, so I had to end up paying a $209 rental car bill, $188 dealership bill, plus the cost of a battery. If they would have checked the battery properly on the Friday when i brought it in I wouldn't have to pay for the rental car or wouldn't have had all the hassle, plus losing a day of work. Not happy with the service and will not be getting anymore service done at dodge and will not be purchasing another dodge vehicle. Sincerely Tim Parsons

Very friendly, helpful, answered all my questions that I had. Our appointment was scheduled for a later date but being from out of town we were heading to Sudbury a week before and they were happy to make us an appointment when it was convenient to us which we appreciated.
