I had a very disappointing experience at Kia On Hunt Club. The professionalism of the staff was severely lacking, which made the entire process frustrating. I expected clear communication, respectful customer service, and a willingness to assist, but instead, I encountered unprofessional behavior that left me dissatisfied. I believe that a dealership should prioritize customer experience, and unfortunately, that was not the case here. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving their professionalism.

My experience with this dealership was nothing short of disappointing. Avoid the stress & frustration with this place. If you do decide to purchase a vehicle here , get all your extras you added during the high pressure deal in writing. Once the vehicle was delivered the after sale service was long and drawn out with multiple days between responses. They sold me a vehicle with a safety which clearly wouldn't pass . ( Confirmed by 2 other shops). They had a chance to rectify the situation and basically was told I'm on my own. I clearly made a mistake buying a vehicle here, hopefully you won't be the next one!!!!!

Had the pleasure of purchasing our new Seltos from the amazing Ali Wahab. He made the process such a pleasure. Helped to answer all of our questions and made us feel very confident in our purchase.
